Dr. Pompeyo Chavez
Medical Director
Dr. Pompeyo Chavez is a Board Certified physician founder and Medical Director of Soulage Wellness and Aesthethic Center. Dr. Chavez finished his post-graduate training in UTMB Galveston and served as Chief Resident of the Family Residency Program. His always existing and growing interest in aesthetics and technology took him to undergo further training in the application of laser and light based technologies on the skin and more in depth training in aesthetics through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and many other professional organizations. He is currently in process of obtaining his Board Certification in Aesthetic Medicine.
Olivia Blankenship, FNP-C
Ms. Blankenship is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Bastrop, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s degree in Nursing. She practices full-time at Family Health Center Bastrop as a Nurse Practitioner. Her constant desire to provide the best healthcare led Ms. Blankenship to become the top consultant for the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program in Soulage Wellness and Aesthethic Center. She is currently conducting all new patient consults for the Ideal Protein Program.
Hayli Gibson, FNC-P
Master Aesthetics Specialist
Hayli Gibson, a native of Smithville, Texas, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of experience. Hayli's educational journey began at The University of Texas in Austin, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Nursing. Fueled by her determination to make a difference in the lives of others, she furthered her education at the University of Texas at Arlington where she earned her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
While accomplishing her educational goals she was introduced to her now husband, Kieran, thanks to her mother’s wonderful match-making skills! She has two little girls (..and counting…) and generations of family still living in Smithville!

Hayli has worked in many specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics, family practice, outpatient infusion care, hospice & palliative care, and is even certified in microblading/permanent makeup. One of her true passions is aesthetics, and with deep roots in Bastrop County, she wanted serve the community where she grew up. Hayli values the sense of belonging and connection that come with growing up in your hometown and hopes to bring her hospitality to each patient interaction!

Hayli has studied aesthetic medicine all over the US to get the best and latest in practice treatments. With her extensive knowledge of the skin, anatomy, and medical grade skincare she offers comprehensive care to her patients, combining medical expertise with a compassionate approach. Hayli prioritizes natural looking results that highlight her patient’s natural beauty. Hayli prioritizes an active lifestyle and enjoys playing with her two little ones on their property in Bastrop. She and Kieran, along with their girls, maintain a small homestead with bees, chickens and several other farm animals in their time off!

Monica Chavez
Permanent Makeup Artist
Monica was born and raised in Peru, South America, where she successfully graduated from the University of San Martín de Porres with a Law Degree. Parallel to her university studies and moved by her passion for art and beauty, she trained in fashion design and permanent make-up in Peru, and later went to Argentina to complete her Aesthetician Degree education. Monica is a gifted artist, and since she was a child always enjoyed drawing female faces. After moving to the United States and settling in Bastrop she pursued further training on permanent makeup latest techniques, as well as eyelash extension certification. She also performs Dermapen Collagen Induction Therapy.
Maria Pacheco
Ideal Protein Coach
Mary is a native Bastropian and has worked alongside her husband in their furniture business for the past 20 years. She attended CBM Education Center for Medical Assisting. Mary is delighted to join the Soulage Wellness and Aesthethic Center team as an Ideal Protein Coach where she helps people to conquer their weight loss goals and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her passion and hobbies include working out, staying fit and helping others overcome obstacles. Mary and her husband have been married for 27 years and have two sons in college.
Amanda Fowler
Medical Aesthetician
Amanda Fowler has been in the aesthetics industry for 15 years and has been exclusively practicing at Soulage Wellness and Aesthetics Center for over 8 of those years. She is a licensed esthetician passionate about the health and appearance of your skin from head to toe. Amanda is adept in all wavelengths of laser technology from laser hair reduction to total skin resurfacing and everything in between. She is proficient at all modalities of needling, chemical peels, body contouring, facials, lash extensions and full body waxing. She truly enjoys the aesthetic industry which is apparent and felt with all her loyal clients. Amanda is a mother, wife and local resident of Bastrop, Texas.
