Dr. Pompeyo Chavez
Medical Director
Dr. Pompeyo Chavez is a board-certified physician, founder, and medical director of Soulage Wellness & Aesthetic Center. He completed his post-graduate training at UTMB Galveston and served as Chief Resident of the Family Residency Program. Driven by a long-standing and growing interest in aesthetics and technology, Dr. Chavez pursued additional training in laser and light-based treatments as well as advanced aesthetic procedures through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and other professional organizations. He is currently in the process of obtaining his board certification in Aesthetic Medicine.
Olivia Blankenship, FNP-C
Ms. Blankenship is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in Bastrop, Texas. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Blankenship practices full-time at Family Health Center Bastrop and brings a strong commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
Her passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals led her to become the lead consultant for the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program at Soulage Wellness & Aesthetic Center. She currently conducts all new patient consultations for the program, guiding clients with expertise and personalized support.
Hayli Gibson, FNP-C
Master Aesthetics Specialist
Hayli, a native of Smithville, Texas, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of clinical experience. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Science in Nursing as an FNP from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Hayli has worked across a variety of specialties, including pediatrics, geriatrics, family practice, outpatient infusion care, hospice, and palliative care. She is also certified in microblading and permanent makeup, reflecting her passion for aesthetic medicine. With deep roots in Bastrop County, Hayli is dedicated to serving the community where she grew up, offering personalized care that blends medical expertise with a compassionate approach.

Her aesthetic practice is grounded in comprehensive knowledge of skin, anatomy, and medical-grade skincare, prioritizing natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty. Hayli continually trains across the U.S. to stay up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Outside the clinic, Hayli enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband Kieran and their two daughters. They maintain a small homestead in Bastrop, complete with bees, chickens, and other farm animals, embracing the joys of family life and rural living.

Monica Chavez
Permanent Makeup Artist
Monica was born and raised in Peru, South America, where she earned her Law Degree from the University of San Martín de Porres. Alongside her academic studies, Monica nurtured a lifelong passion for art and beauty, training in fashion design and permanent makeup in Peru and later completing her aesthetician education in Argentina.

A naturally gifted artist, Monica has loved drawing and enhancing female faces since childhood. After moving to the United States and settling in Bastrop, she pursued advanced training in the latest permanent makeup techniques, eyelash extension certification, and Dermapen Collagen Induction Therapy.

Monica’s expertise combines artistic precision with advanced aesthetic techniques, allowing her to provide natural-looking enhancements that highlight each client’s unique beauty.
Maria Pacheco
Ideal Protein Coach
Mary is a native of Bastrop, Texas, with deep roots in the community. She worked alongside her husband in their family-owned furniture business for over 20 years before pursuing her passion for health and wellness. Mary completed her Medical Assisting training at CBM Education Center and is now an integral part of the Soulage Wellness & Aesthetic Center team as an Ideal Protein Coach.

In her role, Mary helps clients achieve their weight management goals and adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Her dedication to helping others is matched by her personal commitment to fitness, wellness, and overcoming challenges.

Mary and her husband have been married for 27 years and are proud parents of two college-aged sons.
Amanda Fowler
Medical Aesthetician
Amanda has been a dedicated professional in the aesthetics industry for 15 years, with over 8 years exclusively practicing at Soulage Wellness & Aesthetic Center. As a licensed esthetician, Amanda is passionate about the health, rejuvenation, and appearance of skin from head to toe.

She is highly skilled in all wavelengths of laser technology, including laser hair reduction and advanced skin resurfacing. Amanda is also proficient in microneedling, chemical peels, facials, body contouring, lash extensions, and full-body waxing, ensuring comprehensive care for her clients.

Amanda’s genuine passion for aesthetics is reflected in the trust and loyalty of her clients, who appreciate her expertise and personalized approach. She is also a mother, wife, and proud Bastrop resident, bringing a warm, community-centered perspective to her practice.
